ORDERS
On line orders placed with oiltanksolutions.co.uk are to be paid in sterling (GBP/UK£) including VAT at the current rate and will include delivery to England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

DELIVERY
Where possible, delivery will be fulfilled within ten working days of the order being received and will be subject to the manufacturers availability of the product. Please state on your order if delivery IS NOT suitable for an articulated lorry or if there are any other unique features which may affect delivery.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Products described on this website are as accurate as practically possible; according to manufacturer’s specification. Please note we reserve the right to change our website without prior notice and at any time.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Oil Tank Solutions customers have the right to cancel their orders from the time the order is placed, up to and including 10 working days after delivery. It will be the customer’s responsibility to return the product at their expense and in a condition so the product can be offered for resale. Products being returned must be unused.
GUARANTEE
All works undertaken by Oil Tank Solutions are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of installation. Any products supplied by Oil Tank Solutions which prove to be defective will be exchanged/repaired subject to the manufacturer’s findings and subject to the manufacturers own terms and conditions as specified.
INSTALLATION
Installation and inspection of any Oil Tank, Fuel Station, Fuel Point including Bio Stations and Fuel Points, Waste Storage Tank must be completed by an OFTEC registered technician. Any electrical work carried out in relation to our products must be undertaken by a qualified electrician.
